What You Will Do:

• Assisting Audit Committee (in coordination with the Internal Audit team) in preparing the semi-annually report to the Board of Commissioners.
• Monitoring and providing analysis and recommendations to the VP/Head of Corporate Secretary and Board of Directors on the development and up-to-date sustainability regulations and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
• Establishing and coordinating Group ESG-related initiatives (in coordination with relevant divisions), including carrying out ESG initiatives aiming at the improvement of internal awareness of ESG targets of the Group.
• Preparing, finalizing, and coordinating with relevant divisions and vendors, collecting and compiling relevant data and information to ensure timely submission of relevant documents and forms in relation to the company’s ESG or sustainability compliance and international ratings.
• Monitoring the implementation of the Company’s CGC Policies and SOPs, especially those related to ESG compliance and requirements (in coordination with relevant divisions).
• Preparing and finalizing responses to any queries from external parties (e.g., MSCI, SRI-KEHATI, S&P, Sustainalytics, stakeholders, and investors) related to the Company’s ESG or sustainability.
• Assisting the Company’s Corporate Secretary on the capital markets and/or corporate compliance.
• Preparing, finalizing, and coordinating with relevant divisions and vendors, collecting and compiling relevant data and information to ensure timely submission of the Company’s annual sustainability report and its relevant publications.
• Monitoring, calculating, and preparing daily activities reports of the top 50 shareholders of the Company to the Board of Directors.

What You Will Need:

• Having a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a public company (preferably in the infrastructure and telecommunication industries or holding company) with sustainability reports and ESG Rating Assessments and initiatives’ exposures.
• English and Bahasa proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Computer Literate.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Economics, Environmental, or Sustainability (preferably having a master's degree in Sustainability).
• Having a good understanding of the Sustainability framework (MSCI/S&P/Sustainalytics)
