Job Description

Human Resources Specialist


Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the management of employee relations, including but not limited to the maintenance of personnel files, handling employee onboarding, departure and other HR process, and timely update of labor contracts, employee handbook and other related files;

2. Assist the superior to do a good job of labor risk control, collaborative handling of labor disputes, employee satisfaction surveys and exit analysis report, and do a good job of docking with the Ministry of Labor, collect relevant labor policies and regulations, and put forward their own proposals in a timely manner;

3.Responsible for the corresponding social insurance for the company's employees;

4.Assist the superior to establish and improve the company's recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal, attendance management and other human resources regulations;

5.Responsible for attendance management, reward and punishment management, etc;

6.Finish other work arranged by superiors.




Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in human resource management, sociology, law, psychology, business management and other related majors;

2.3 years and above HR experience, employee relationship management, labor risk management, manufacturing industry experience is preferred;

3.Familiar with the operation process of human resource management practices, familiar with the national labor regulations, and be able to practical application;

4. Good professional ethics, practical and steady, work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication, coordination ability, teamwork spirit;

5. Skilled in the use of office software;

6. Proficient in the use of Chinese is preferred.
