Develop and execute strategies that engage and nurture a vibrant community. Drive community engagement, and increase brand awareness through community-driven initiatives. Your role will involve managing and growing online and offline communities, fostering meaningful connections, and leveraging user-generated content to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive community marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and brand values

2. Implement strategies to drive engagement and foster a sense of belonging within the community.

3. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with the community.

4. Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to bring community members together and strengthen their connection with the brand.

5. Monitor and analyze community metrics and engagement data to evaluate the impact of community marketing efforts.

6. Provide input and feedback to shape product features, customer experiences, and marketing campaigns based on community insights.

Requirements :

1. Provide input and feedback to shape product features, customer experiences, and marketing campaigns based on community insights.

2. Proven experience in community management, preferably in a B2C environment (min. 2 years)

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.

5. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

6. Passion for building communities, fostering relationships, and creating positive customer experiences.
