Currently MyRobin is looking for Community Lead (Surabaya)

Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to bring community members together and strengthen their connection with the brand.
• Develop a comprehensive community marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and brand values
• Monitor and analyze community metrics and engagement data to evaluate the impact of community marketing efforts.
• Provide input and feedback to shape product features, customer experiences, and marketing campaigns based on community insights.
• Implement strategies to drive engagement and foster a sense of belonging within the community.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with the community.

Requirements :

• Provide input and feedback to shape product features, customer experiences, and marketing campaigns based on community insights.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Passion for building communities, fostering relationships, and creating positive customer experiences.
• Proven experience in community management, preferably in a B2C environment (min. 2 years)
