Hi Jobseeker and talent ready. Big Fish Hunter is assisting one of our clients, a B2B e-commerce company in search for a City Manager. Please kindly read the job description and requirements below:

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of achieving sales results at developing customers and aligning platform brand strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and retail programs within company guidelines and budgets.
• Provide leadership through direction, coaching, and planning to increase the sales team performance, including leading team customer planning, including fiscally responsible and coordinated trade planning process, trade effectiveness and efficiency, etc.

Qualifications

• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish sales goals.
• Possess at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, and relationships required, which includes KA and small and medium enterprises.
• Minimum 5-7 years of related industry experience, including cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.
• Fluent in English, the ability to speak and write in Mandarin would be a plus point.
