Job Description
An excellent Chief of Staff job has just become available at a leading HR tech firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


About The Chief Of Staff Role


This is a business critical role where you will be working closely with the Founders to manage, analyse, and execute business direction strategies, partnership distribution strategic planning along with discover problem solving within the company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support executive decision making and strategic evaluations
  • Define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
  • Find important projects, ventures, potential targets and other partnership opportunities
  • Identify strategic risks and current problems and challenges to help reduce these risks
  • Carry out research and studies related to material topics such as business expansion, product development, competitive analysis, policies, and others


To succeed in Chief of Staff role, you must be proficient in English, have solid structured and critical thinking with mature experience in business strategy and consulting experiences.


Key Requirements


  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proactive in problem solving
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in Management Consulting or Investment Banking preferred
  • Three to five years in corporate planning and project management
