Job Description

Transcosmos Indonesia is hiring for the Operations Supervisor that will work alongside with the operations and quality team


Responsibilities


You will assist 150-200 agents and some supporting staff to achieve the company goals


Qualifications


1. Experienced as Supervisor or Team Leader 2 years

2. English active is a must

3. Min D3, GPA 2.75

4. Having an ability to lead a big headcount

5. Willing to work under pressure

6. Willing to work full WFO in Semarang

7. Willing to work immediately
