Business Operations Manager Jobs

:

- Will primarily involve managing the marketing team and serving as the key point of contact for collaboration between the Converse Planning team and internal functions.

- The individual’s responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations in receiving forecasts, completing POs, and providing after-service support (i.e quality issue follow up).

- The individual’s coordination with various stakeholders will contribute to the smooth functioning of the demand and order fulfillment processes.

Specification :

Fluent in English with professional working proficiency

Minimum of 3 years of sales or operations experience

Strong problem-solving skills and experience in identifying and addressing issues

Excellent communication skills to promote effective collaboration across different

functions and levels of the organization
