Leading the entire process of mapping business processes to Odoo and providing the right solutions with the least custom effort

Negotiate with customers to minimize the amount of custom

Pouring out client needs, solutions, and man-days in the Gap Analysis document

Review Gap Analysis with the aim to minimize the number of custom

Implementation of agreed solutions (configuration, wireframe, testing, UAT, data import, go-live, and support)

Configure and demo Odoo according to the needs of prospective clients / existing clients

Designing wireframes with minimal effort & minimal risk based on the Gap Analysis document (what is meant by minimal risk, ex: for example designing a wireframe that changes the Odoo flow too much, is at risk of endless maintenance)

Reviewing wireframes and providing feedback so that custom is minimal effort & minimal risk

Develop a test plan together with the QA team, evaluate the test plan, analyze the source of the bugs, and test custom modules so that there are minimal bugs

Perform UAT according to project requirements and present custom results to clients

Leading end-user training sessions for both projects and Nurosoft Academy classes in easy-to-understand language

Import master data and initial balance with minimal errors (error from Nurosoft, ex: import double balance)

Go-live process support

Support the QA team in the maintenance process
