Job Description

Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with an International Data Center Company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a Building Management System Manager with proven experience within building management system and data center. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


s:

  • Complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on BMS projects.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.
  • Train workers and technicians on safety procedures.
  • Perform engineering studies, project feasibility assessments, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee maintenance activities performed by vendors, contractors, and OEM representatives.
  • Identify and implement changes to improve system efficiency and energy consumption.
  • Support capital projects and participate in project design reviews and commissioning activities.
  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly report, trends, and abnormalities in the system.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot building automation systems, building management systems, power management systems, critical equipment monitoring systems, and life safety and security systems.
  • Assist in the development of facility scope and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Support equipment installation, removal, and moves.


Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel between facilities.
  • Professional English proficiency is a MUST.
  • Previous experience in handling HVAC, PLC, SCADA and knowledge in BACnet, Modbus, and Open Protocols.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant Experience in Design, Implementation, Operations, or Maintenance of Building Management systems especially in Data Center buildings.
  • Provide 24/7 – 365 days per year support to the team for Automation Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields preferred.
  • Working knowledge in building energy management systems and field instrumentation (temperature, pressure, and flow).
  • Experience in using MS Office Applications (MS Visio, Project, Database).
  • Proven experience in handling and troubleshooting BMS/IBMS System in a live system.
  • Possess advanced technical skills especially in Automation Platforms.
