Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand-building initiatives
• Work closely with the creative team through production, to enable the creation of assets that serve our business, brand, and customer experience goals
• Research about the customer, competitor, and market insights
• Manage customer experience in our social media and customer service
• Coordinate NPD launch
• Review sales team performance and suggest campaigns

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in brand management & marketing (FMCG experience preferred) or as Product Manager, Brand Consultant, or Marketing at FMCG
• Hustler, ambitious, structured,creative, and self-starter
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
