Brand Leader Face & Glow

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing strategic team to make marketing strategic plan
• Manage sales online team in order to achieve target revenue
• Review and evaluate marketing campaign, advertising and SEO to make sure all is effective
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms
• Supervising all team activities in the brand
• Collaborate with R/D Team for develops products by identifying potential products and conducting market research and competitor research
• Track marketing performance and ROI and prepare a report for management monthly
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing
• Organizing events such as product launches and exhibition
• Organize a brand team to achieve OKR
• Analyze and create marketing strategy for new product launches and customer target
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends

Qualification

• Able to work with team and collaborate with another department
• Experience working in skincare business or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership skill, communication skill, and interpersonal skill
• At least 1-2 years experience as Marketing Strategist or similar role in Marketing
• Strong analytical skill, creative minded, and problem solver skill
