Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor brand operationalization
  • Conduct marketing mix planning & development
  • Plan & assess brand building activities to sustain brand performance in market (ATL, BTL, route-to-market, e-commerce performance, etc.)
  • Supporting the development and management of multiple brands within Lemonilo’s portfolio, including new product launch, product renovation, and or seasonal extensions
  • Conduct administration duties related to brand operationalization
  • Manage day-to-day brand activities including market assessment, competitor movement assessment, supporting the forecasting activities, etc


Qualifications:

  • Great analytical skill with good business acumen
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
  • Sales, Brand or Digital Marketing experience would be a real win!
  • Flexible and agile with ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
  • Ideally, 1 year of marketing experience within brand/marketing in the FMCG industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good understanding of FMCG market, competitive landscape, and consumer in Indonesia
  • Positive attitude and a problem solving, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and grow your career in an engaging start-up environment
  • Possess high interest in brand and marketing management
