Branch Manager Jobs

:

• Key Account Management Expert and Epiroc focal point for Freeport, Nusa Halmahera, Vale, MSM, Pontil.
• Ensure that proper internal control functions are being adhered to at the branch location and raise “red flags” to management whenever compliances with sound business principles are at risk
• Prepare necessary Management report and related insights (routine or for special occasions)
• Implement tools for managing working capital costs (Inventory and Receivables) and sales funnel management (CRM) in relation to sales/days targets.
• Manage sales coverage and leads/pipeline for all applicable Epiroc product portfolio business lines within the defined area of sales and service responsibility.
• Work together with Territory Manager and collaborate with other management team to develop and implement appropriate business strategies and priorities for each targeted market segment utilizing territory management skills
• Ensure customer loyalty by providing the highest quality product and superior after-the-sale support, demand planning to support customer operation in its finest
• People and Talent Management. Identify the training needs of the staffs in all aspects of Technical, Administration and Management.

Educational requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor Degree, or the equivalent years of related experience and / or training.
