Our Homecare Procurement team is embarking on an exciting journey as it is managing directly coordination of procurement resources and leveraging the supplier network within SEA Homecare to deliver on supply chain and MCO targets.

What you can expect from the role?

• Drive the implementation of performance metrics, tools and processes to optimize procurement activities.
• Handle complex operational issues through the use of data analysis and provide options using generally defined practices.
• Monitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide operational feedback during supplier negotiations/selection.
• Directly lead cross-functional teams to improve integration and efficiency across the supply network.
• Identify and build partnerships with key suppliers on an operational level - Ensure clear SC direction and adoption within the local supply base.

Does this sound like you?

• Must be able to present key findings in a crisp way – strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
• At least 5 years experience in Procurement or Supply Management Experience on large-scale change management project
• University degree
• Act as an entrepreneur, treats business as his/her own, sets trends and is willing to lead, follow or get out of the way.
• Outstanding in idea generation, ideas that are forward thinking, and that contribute to creating sustained competitive advantage.
• Strong at selling ideas to his/her business partners, internally and externally, translating these into effective proposals conveying value and communicating it accordingly.
• Fluent in English – spoken & written – strong communication skills.
• Must be strong on execution, have analytical skills and be pro-active.
• Basic appreciation of negotiation skills to demonstrate buying competitiveness.
• Must be a self-starter with strong accountability & responsibility leadership standards.
