Assistant Manager Marketing Communications

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns, and developing a strategy to execute all external communications.

Responsibilities

• Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
• Coordinate on-property visits from media, including reservations, amenities, special requests, and dining.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and outlet brands and the brand equity across all channels
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
• Manage all marketing/promotional/sales collateral development/production both on and off line
• Developing creative marketing materials and in house promotion
• Ensure all visual and written communication (internal/external, offline/online) is fully aligned with the hotels positioning and brand
• File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced leader and collaborator
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Good in English both oral and written
• Min.2 years relevant work experience
