Assistant Finance And Accounting Manager

We are looking for Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager to assist the Finance and Accounting Manager with administrative and financial task, including invoicing, budget drafting, issuing purchase orders, implementing and managing procurement processes. He/She will also responsible for writing monthly financial reports and filing the company's taxes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review the Fixed Assets Register and ensure the monthly capital expenditure is properly recorded.
• Review the monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial accounting report through control the accounting process and yearly audit process.
• Responsible for local statutory requirement such as financial audit and corporate tax.
• Supervising in daily transaction, month-end processes, KPI tracking, and providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
• Manage and oversee AR and AP function.
• Provide support to organization cashflow performance, monitoring its actual spending and progress.
• Preparing financial statements, analysis, provide accurate and informative management accounting reports to Local and HQ management for business decisions.
• Responsible for the intercompany reconciliation and ascertain the reconciling items are properly monitored between the entities.
• Preparation of quarterly and yearly Bank Indonesia Reporting – KPPK.
• Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties according company process business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Great at multitasking and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-pace environment.
• Willing to be placed in Gresik - East Java.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with SAP Software.
• Experienced and able to handle both internal and external audit.
• Able to work independently but at the same time work as a good team player, be proactive while completing assignments.
• Having experiences in costing.
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, writing and understanding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced working in manufacturing industry.
• Experienced in Finance, Accounting and Tax.
