About The Finance & Accounting Manager (Bali) Role

In this job you will be responsible for all finance, accounting and costing for the company along with other ad hoc issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing operational expenses (OPEX) projection on a quarterly and yearly basis
• Preparing cash flow projections
• Monitoring entries in the general ledger (journal) on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of posting
• Preparing tax reports
• Creating AR report based on AR Ageing and progress detail of collection on monthly basis
• Preparing yearly budget
• Preparing monthly financial statement (Factory Financial report with HPP calculation)
• Monitoring company cash flow on a daily basis
• Monitoring ageing of accounts payable and receivable on a weekly basis
• Monitoring inventory movement on a daily basis in system to ensure accuracy of stock
• Reconciling company's bank account on weekly and monthly basis

To succeed in this role, candidate must possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements

• Good at analysing and attentive to detail
• At least five years of work experience at a supervisory level
• Good knowledge of calculation HPP (Costing)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (S1 Akuntasi), cum laude is preferred
• Good knowledge of cash flow projection and accounting software
• Able to complete reports on a deadline basis
