Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Accounting - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting-Tax or Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from a fully accredited University.

Experienced in the same field for at least 5 years.

Required Skill(s): Accurate, MYOB, ESPT Application.

Control and follow up all data receiving from clients.

Prepare financial statement (balance sheet, profit and loss, statement of equity).

Manage and oversee daily cash transactions, including reconciling payments, verifying receipts, and managing the petty cash fund

Record all daily financial transactions accurately and manage the general ledger

Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies

Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and knowledge of accounting software

Excellence knowledge in Microsoft excel

Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major

Available to join for 6 months internship period

Assist day to day Account Receivable activity

Assist day to day administrative task & payment activity

Min. 3 years experience in Plantation/Agriculture Industry.

Have experience using SAP will be a plus point.

Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate annual report.

Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.

Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets.

About The Finance & Accounting Manager (Bali) Role

At least five years of work experience at a supervisory level

Good knowledge of cash flow projection and accounting software

Good knowledge of calculation HPP (Costing)

Monitoring entries in the general ledger (journal) on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of posting

Monitoring inventory movement on a daily basis in system to ensure accuracy of stock

- Minimum 3+ years of accounting finance & tax experiences

- Thorough knowledge of indonesia tax law and regulation

- Candidates with prior experiences in start-ups or technology industry will have an added advantage.

- Great written, communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- Strong team player who is willing to support team members beyond his/her own scope of work.
