1. You Will Receive, respond to, and act as second level support on IT issues
2. Providing first level investigation and diagnosis.
3. Escalating incidents/service requests that they cannot resolve within agreed timescales
4. Create log tickets and escalate to other IT work units regarding problems.
5. Monitor SLA and follow up and update related issues

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Graduate of computer science or engineering.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
4. Min. 1years’ experience inhelpdesk support
5. Providing L1 & L2 application support
6. Good experience in ITSM tools.
7. Good knowledge in ITIL framework
8. Graduate of computer science or engineering
