Requirements:
• Based in Bali
• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum Diploma 1 in any major (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
• Must own a motorbike for convenient travel
• Able to drive a car (own a SIM A) would be a valuable asset

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks, including:
• Creating and preparing various documents for our valued clients.
• Efficiently delivering documents as required, ensuring timely communication.
• Engaging with clients/officials/partners via email and WhatsApp, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Skillfully scheduling and coordinating meetings, demonstrating excellent organizational abilities.
