Accounting And Tax Officer (Part Time)

We're looking for a part-time Accounting Tax Officer to join our fast-growing Marine company based in Seminyak, Bali.

Responsibilities:

- Create financial statements for the company

- Record the whole expense and income based on company operational activities into the accounting ledger

- Check and verify the completeness of documents connected to financial transactions

- Input financial transactions into the accounting system

- Execute bank reconciliation

- Prepare monthly tax worksheets and complete monthly and annual tax reports in a timely and accurate manner (PPh and PPN)

- Monitor and produce withholding tax receipts (PPh 23)

- Monitor and produce tax invoices (Faktur Pajak)

- Handle monthly Payroll calculation

- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Part-time position (a 20-hour work per week), with the possibility to grow to full time position

- Must be an Indonesian citizen and based in Bali

- Minimum 3 years of related working experience

- Have sufficient knowledge of taxation and accounting principles

- Have experience in using Xero accounting software

- Understand Indonesian Tax regulations (having certification of Brevet A & B is preferred)

- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

- Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive demands and inquiries

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and good communication

- Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- A team player
