Staff Accounting (Full-time)

Easy Access Indonesia, a leading visa agency In Bali, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's finances and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a full-time position based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports in a timely manner
• Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in the accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget expenditures
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
• Able to work immediately and be placed in Bali
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Understand Tax reporting
