Part-Time Operations Officer At Lembongan Recycle, Compost And Garden Centre

The project is part of Bali Children Foundation’s community and education work on Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan

The role is described as:

1. Track and report financial operations of Recycling Center and Garden including purchases and sales based on core data from Recycle Center

2. Ensure Garden and Recycling Center operatives follow SOPs agreed upon for Garden and Recycling management

3. Monitor recycle stock on-hand and sales process

4. Monitor compost stock and sales process

5. Manage BCF and partner assets and ensure their maintenance and upkeep

6. Manage donation fund allocation and reporting

7. Collect material for donor reporting

8. Promote Recycling and Garden products and services to community

9. Coordinate with BCF education team for school visits and youth engagement

Please Note: Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Candidate to have the following skillset:

-Fluency in English

-Good communication skills

-Interest in recycling and composting

-Sound computer skills (email, word, excel, google sheets, etc)

-The candidate is to be an Indonesian national based on Nusa Lembongan or Ceningan

Initial work allocation: 6 hours per week

Once promotion of products(# 8) and coordination with BCF education team (#9) commence, the role may require 10 hours per week.
