Job Responsibilities

1. Handle visa and mastercard tax payment and reporting fees.
2. Check transactions and reconcile credit card Point Redemption.
3. Analyze and report the results of reconciliation (Nostro, Suspense & Merchants related to Credit Cards & Visa Electrons) that are problematic to be forwarded to the related work unit.
4. Reporting Confirmation GL Balance L1 Recon, Suspense Account for KRCSA, Surprise Suspense Account for ISTOA.
5. Prepare inventory & report on the use of credit card stamps.
6. Reclassing P/L Writeoff accounts, reclassing TMRW accounts, reclassing Personal Loans every month.
7. Report daily GL Monitoring.
8. Check debit and credit before forwarding to the related unit.
9. Report interest income and credit card late fees to RRIC-Regulatory Reporting.
10. Make a GL Memo of Bad Debt Credit Memo Removing/Recovery.
11. Make mass uploads of SAP GL according to applicable accounting guidelines.
12. Payment Bill payment.
13. Create a batch of manual posting of transactions related to credit cards.
14. Check journaling for the month-end process.
15. Check the results of UAT reports related to credit card journals.
16. Backing up the Card Exchange & Settlement process
