• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Assisting with onboarding new hires
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
• Assisting with the development of job postings
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities
• Assisting with the development of recruitment metrics
• Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
