Have experience with Monitoring Tools using Manage Engine, Solarwind, PRTG, Cisco Meraki

Have at least one (1) year of working experience in related field

Have knowledge on Routing Switching protocol

Daily monitoring and make sure device running properly 24x7

L1 support engineer with 24x7 shifting.

Assist Entry-Level SOC analysts to help them build stronger skills

At least 2 year of working experience as SOC Analyst

Having technical knowledge in Java, Perl, Bash and Phyton will be advantage

Understanding of common network services (web, mail, FTP, etc), network vulnerabilities, and network attack patterns

Monitor network security events received from monitored servers, and then take appropriate action based on security policy

Assist customers with security related issues

Knowledge/experience of one or more programme skills (Python, Ruby, RHP, C, C#, Java, Regex).

Excellent self-driven time management skills applied when delivering support services.

Knowledge/experience of one or more System administration (Linux, Windows, Mac).

Specific role requirements and skills:

Able to evidence excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications.

Have knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.

Have 1 year experience as SOC L1 and/or 1 year as SOC L2 Incident Handler

Good analytical skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring

Daily/weekly/monthly report and analysis for any alert/offense detected

Carrying out all activities regarding SOC (Security Operation Centre) policies and SOC (Security Operation Centre) procedures

Melakukan validasi attack (False Positive)

Melakukan eskalasi insiden security yang terjadi kepada L2 Engineer

Melakukan pencatatan dan reporting terhadap insiden yang terjadi

Melakukan pekerjaan checklist harian dan Job Task rutin
