• Project-manage and collaborate with various stakeholders to address and resolve issues effectively.

• Adept at managing people. You will be leading a 20+ strong finance operations teams

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed

• Collaborate with the product team to oversee daily merchant, user, and lender repayment and disbursement operations

• Monitor and address any issues or discrepancies to ensure smooth and accurate operations

• Basic/practical understanding of Income tax art. 23 and VAT is a plus

Minimum of three years of experience as a Finance Accounting Manager, Financial Controller or similar role in a startup environment

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a finance team

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic plans

Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is preferred)

Experience in the food and beverages industry, preferably within the FMCG sector

Managing Relationships With Banks And Other Stakeholders On Financing Requirements

Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferable

Over 10 years experience of both PE/VC/IB and real-sector company experience

Have had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered

Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
