Meninjau, mempertahankan dan mensosialisasikan peraturan baru dari Otoritas Keuangan dan/atau otoritas pengawas lain ke lini bisnis terkait.

Memelihara pemahaman tentang strategi lini bisnis, produk, layanan, dan proses operasi

Melakukan penilaian risiko kepatuhan atas produk dan inisiatif baru dan memberi tahu bisnis tentang risiko kepatuhan.

Pengalaman bekerja di perbankan minimal 3 tahun bidang kepatuhan/compliance.

Sertifikasi Manajemen Risiko Lv 1&2

Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills

Have a bachelor’s degree or above and with minimum 8 years of working experience in integrity, ethics, risks and compliance fields

Strategic and systematic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and track records

Shape and instil a strong integrity and compliance culture in Lazada Indonesia & Philippines

Conduct effective communication and training programs to help organization understand the why, how and what related to integrity and compliance matters

Implement Lazada’s integrity and compliance programs in the countries and provide valuable inputs to integrity team

Manage and develop alternate sales channels throughout digital, face-to-face channels, and strategic partners for acquisition.

Review back end processes and document requirements to achieve TAT.

Experience in Credit Card especially in managing acquisition team.

Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.

Analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local regulatory / law of specific subjects, and risk appetite and practice of competitors are desirable.

Knowledge of Risk policies, procedures & systems.

Well-developed analytical skills and writing skills.

Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional ability for MS Access and familiar with Macros Script will be benefit.

Good writing and communication skills in English.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Processing day to day Banking operational tasks including for retail banking, RBB and Time deposit.

Ensure all requests are processed within SLA and COT.

Ensure to perform daily maintenance align with SOP, Guidelines and request.
