Backgroud pendidikan Diploma / S-1 dibidang Sistim Informasi dengan IPK min. 2,75 atau SMK - Teknik Komputer nilai rapor 7

Memiliki passion dan memiliki bacgroung pengalaman sebagai programmer/developer yang pernah menangani project IT

Membuat strategi marketing untuk membangun ide kreatif dalam menentukan target market, segmentasi, posisioning serta monitor eksekusi project dan membuat program-program promosi

Mengembangkan strategi customer existing dengan membuat inisiasi marketing campaign yang memiliki penawaran dengan memberikan added value dan menarik

Energic, open minded dan mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa inggris

Mampu melakukan negosiasi serta membangun relasi atau networking, jalur komunikasi dan menjaga hubungan baik

Memiliki kepribadian dan berpenampilan menarik, komunikatif, presentasi, dan kemampuan menganalisa yang sangat baik

Have a strong background in account management and relationship-building

Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

Manage running RPA on orchestrator

Minimum 3 years experiences as Software Developer

Experience with RPA (Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism)

Experience with Microsoft technology stack (Sharepoint, Powerapps, Power Automate)

Minimum 1 Certification UiPath Developer

Develop RPA based on user process

Skills: Cloud Computing Knowledge, Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills

Create risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks

Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning

Specify market requirements for current and future products

Minimum 5 years experience in the related field

Certification: AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications will be advantageous
