👑 Job Role

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with partners and clients
  • Ensure successful delivery of products or services to clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional customer service
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction
  • Have a strong background in account management and relationship-building


⛩️ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close deals and secure contract renewals.
