• Compile a summary of responses to any Candidate Qualifying Questions (CQQs) that were asked. This should provide insight into the candidate's qualifications and how well they align with the job role.
• When you provide a comprehensive summary of the candidate's qualifications, responses to CQQs, and other relevant details, it improves our ability to evaluate their fit for the job role. A detailed summary will lead to a more efficient and effective recruitment process.
