Assist in the management of UG loader shops to include, improvements, safety programs, warehousing and personnel issues

Experience in dealing with cultural diversity.

Analytical and synthesis skill, including problem analysis, cost and financial analysis.

A sound knowledge of Hydraulics systems.

A sound knowledge of Electrical systems.

A sound knowledge of Pneumatics.

Institute programs that advance drill mechanics knowledge and skills.

Achieve budgeted costs and availabilities on the Sandvik drill fleets.

Work with Operations to advance operator skill levels through timely feedback.

At least eight (8) years of experience in underground equipment maintenance, preferably in a role that extends past basic maintenance concepts.

Extensive experience in equipment maintenance with formal training from OEM’s.

Advanced experience in Failure Analysis.
