Knowledge of HR systems and policies, and understanding of best practices in human resource management

Experienced as HR & Legal for at least 2 years

Conduct employee recruitment and attendance

Monitor the process of implementing employee disciplinary actions

Create effective policies or systems for companies and employees

Minimum S1 Psychology or Law

Have at least 2 year of experience in Training and Assessment.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiar with psychological test tools.

Have the ability to write articles.

Will be place in Grand Pademangan Ancol, North Jakarta

Skillful in coordination and managerial, knowledgeable on global preparedness and response, One Health Approach, health financing, vaccine resiliency.

Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines under pressure and manage competing responsibilities)
