Trade Risk Management Senior Specialist Jobs

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (1 - 2 years) in institutional risk management within a governmental, public sector, or similar environment.

Certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, CERA, PRM) is a plus.

3.Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.

4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into decision-making processes.

Human Resource Management (People Management)

Ensuring that the Legal Quality Assurance Credit Portfolio is in accordance with Management's directions;

Good negotiation and communication skill

Formulating ideas to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) including simplification of procedures by providing guidelines.

Ensuring that the Bank obtains Notary/PPAT services along with Legal Advisors in accordance with the agreed SLA.

Coordinating and supervising the implementation of the main tasks according to the by each Legal Counselor under his/her coordination.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Risk Management function of financial institutions, preferably lending business.

Advise, develop and implement Risk Management standards and policies in compliance with regulatory changes;

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate advice backed up by sound judgment.

Responsible for the operational and day-to-day function in relation to the AML/CTF;

Assist superiors in answering requests for customer information from authorities, including ensuring that the answers are submitted correctly.

Responsible to monitor the risk management system and make reports of significant risks and recommendations
