Monitor and manage team (DSR/DMR) day by day, week by week and month by month to ensure they achieve company’s targets

Ensure the achievement of targets charged for the Pekanbaru area

Minimal 3-5 years of experience in a client facing roles especially Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G).

Excellent sales skills: negotiating and concluding contracts, prospecting and conceptual sales

Grow Kelas Pintar Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G) channel.

Hunt new accounts and diversify product in existing accounts.

Establish and keep close relationship with customers and partners.

Meet total order and targets.

Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

Have experiences in the same field for at least 2 years, from machinery & electrical company.
