Cross-functional ESG implementation management capabilities allowing clients to progress against their ESG objectives and metrics.

Minimum 3 years of relevant consulting work experience in advising clients on their ESG material topics and/or decarbonization journey.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Passion for the ESG space and climate change and a drive to make a difference and create the next ESG leaders.

Familiar with the various reporting standards and frameworks including the GRI standards, SASB, CDP, TCFD and the ISSB’s proposed standards.

Participate in engagements that involves Finance Transformation mostly on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services.

Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target client's management teams

Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members.

Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.

Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related module is an advantage.

Exposure on ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management area, experience in financial field or other related experiences

Having risk management related certification (e.g., FRM, CERA, CRM, etc.) would be an advantage

Develop relevant recommendations and solutions to transform risk management and mitigate areas of risks.

Identify future trends in risk management including relevant emerging technologies to align with current trend in the market.

Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with client management teams

Digitally aware (understand emerging technologies in risk management such as RPA, AI, etc.) would be an advantage

Maintaining and developing own technical and industry knowledge. 

Ensuring projects are appropriately defined, pitched and resourced to enable maximization of revenue potential along with high quality and efficient delivery.

Contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in the Indonesian insurance market.

Developing and executing the business plan for the ICT practice within the Indonesian insurance market and drive financial results.

Exposure to the following fields are a great advantage: IT System Integration in Banking; IFRS 15/16/17 Implementation; Finance and Accounting.

Confident in communication skill, both in terms of interpersonal and public speaking.

Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.

Fluency in English both written and verbal is mandatory.

Comfortable with working in fast-paced environment.

Possesses solid project management skills, client influencing and relationship building skills

Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines

Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area

Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills

Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given practice area.

1-3 years of Electrical Engineering / Solar PV experience

Experienced in Ms. Office / AutoCAD / ETAP

Related experience in developing SLD and/or BoQ of Electrical Assy of a project

Experienced in PVSyst / Homer / MATLAB / DigSilent / Excel advanced formula

Experienced in publishing conference or journal papers

Good communication and negotiation skill

Work with Sales Management to prioritize strategic customer pursuits and collaborate to execute sales order plan

Provide input to product management concerning product features necessary to facilitate deployment of industry-specific applications.

Facilitate transfer of industry and application knowledge to sales, services and marketing personnel

Research and provide the necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications to capitalize on new market opportunities.

5 or more years’ experience (operational or vendor) in software industries.

Excellent inter-departmental communication skills both verbal and written.

MBA graduates, or 5+ years of consulting experience, with a keen interest in life sciences or healthcare consulting.

Adept at developing business relationship with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
