- More than 2 years experience as Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations developer

- Analyze & customize ERP system based on the user requirements

- Manage other system that have relation with the ERP system

- Manage other business application system that currently exists

- Min 1 full cycle project development in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations

- Knowledge in the Microsoft product license

Creating documents related to Incident Management, Technical Processes

Experience and skills sought after:

Manage and enhance the Service Desk application

Clear and unambiguous communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Identifying and mitigating root-cause issues

Provide regular reports to management on exchange performance, risks, and opportunities

Develop and maintain educational materials and resources for team members and other departments on digital assets and cryptocurrency-related topics

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

2+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or financial services, with a focus on exchange operations or trading

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for educating others and a customer-first mentality
