Solid experience as team leader or trainer in sales, preferably products related to education or insurance

Train and coach SA team to improve selling skill

Have a 2 year experience leading a team

Lead and drive SA team to achieve revenue target

Monitor and Report SA performance on weekly and monthly basis (company and individual)

Collaborate with relevant superiors to achieve company’s OKR
