• Have minimum 10 years of experience as manager/assistant manager in Tax

• Have experience in Tax Consultant will be advantages

• Professional qualification such as Brevet A & B(C), USKP A & B(C)

• Strong analytical skill in Numbers with a large amount of data

1.Review the calculation of the tax rate of all incoming invoices

2.Reviewing the results of the calculation of corporate tax obligations for reporting purposes

Membantu mempersiapkan pembuatan laporan keuangan klien menggunakan aplikasi sistem akuntansi ACCURATE 5 / SANGO Professional

Membantu melaporkan pajak masa PPh 21,22,23,25, dan 4 ayat 2 klien

Membantu klien dalam melaksanakan cash dan stock opname

Minimal Pendidikan SMK dengan jurusan di bidang Administrasi, Akuntansi, dan Pajak

Diutamakan berdomisili di Kota Bekasi dan Jakarta Timur

Mempunyai Brevet A & B dapat menjadi nilai tambah

Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for min. 1 year

Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices

Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations

Advises and informs of benefits-related changes, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions

Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Management, Administration or equivalent

3+ years of relevant experience and hands-on in taxation and HR administration (payroll and compensation & benefits)

Administer payroll and compensation & benefits for clients' employees

Provide consultation HR-related topics such as employee benefits and policies

Coordinate the job with internal departments (e.g. finance, internal HR, account executive, etc.), vendors, and clients.

Experience in Employee of Record (EOR), outsourcing company, tax consultant or HR payroll consultant will be an advantage
