• Have minimum 10 years of experience as manager/assistant manager in Tax

• Have experience in Tax Consultant will be advantages

• Professional qualification such as Brevet A & B(C), USKP A & B(C)

• Strong analytical skill in Numbers with a large amount of data

1.Review the calculation of the tax rate of all incoming invoices

2.Reviewing the results of the calculation of corporate tax obligations for reporting purposes

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and internal systems.

Provide prompt and clear communication to users involved in disputes, guiding them through the resolution process and ensuring a positive experience.

Provide regular feedback and insights to the Product and Engineering teams to enhance the user experience and prevent recurring disputes.

Proven experience as a Dispute Analyst, Customer Support Specialist, or similar role within the cryptocurrency or financial industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate decisions, resolutions, and instructions to users.
