Local Traders, a thriving P2P Crypto Exchange headquartered in South America, is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector. We are currently searching for a skilled and dedicated P2P Dispute Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented P2P Dispute Analyst who demonstrates a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent trading environment on our platform. Your role will involve effectively managing and resolving disputes while upholding the principles of accuracy, fairness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review and investigate user-reported disputes, taking into consideration all relevant details and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Legal team when complex cases require legal expertise.
- Act as a point of contact for users seeking assistance with disputes, addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Customer Support teams to gain insights into trading disputes and issues.
- Provide prompt and clear communication to users involved in disputes, guiding them through the resolution process and ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze evidence, transaction history, and communication logs to make informed decisions regarding dispute outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the Product and Engineering teams to enhance the user experience and prevent recurring disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of dispute cases, resolutions, and any related actions taken.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve dispute resolution techniques and stay informed about evolving industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and practices in the cryptocurrency and P2P trading landscape.
- Work towards equitable solutions that align with company policies and industry standards, while considering the best interests of all parties involved.
Requirements:
- Ability to remain objective, neutral, and impartial when analyzing disputes.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and internal systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate decisions, resolutions, and instructions to users.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the principles of P2P trading.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience as a Dispute Analyst, Customer Support Specialist, or similar role within the cryptocurrency or financial industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to cryptocurrency trading (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
