Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, including scheduling and coordinating shoots, managing payment, and maintaining contact databases.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with hosts/talent and external partners.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Tiktok.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
