They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs. They also work with external recruitment agencies and other vendors to source and screen potential candidates. They are responsible for developing job postings, conducting interviews, and making offers to successful candidates. They also provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best practices for recruiting and selecting candidates. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Job Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
