Country management board members and main functions (regulatory, medical, BUs Head, Finance, Controlling, Internal Control, Commercial, IS…)
Cooperate with management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace at the warehouse/distribution centres
University degree, preferably majoring in Engineering, Business or Logistics Management
Strong leadership skills, leading teams toward a culture of collaboration and excellence of performance through Engagement
In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes & current best practices
Ability to manage cost performance, supply/demand forecasting & distribution execution across a variety of product lines from multiple sources

They work closely with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. They must have a strong understanding of the supply chain process, including the various stages and the associated risks and challenges. They must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure that any issues are addressed quickly and effectively. Additionally, they must have a good understanding of the latest technology and trends in the supply chain industry.
