Having Risk Management and/or Business Continuity Licenses & Certifications will be an advantage.

Have experience in Governance, Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance, Consulting will be an advantage.

Have good conceptual thinking, project management and presentation skills.

Have experience in retail industry is essential.

Have experience in creating documentation for business processes.

Have experience in system implementation, process improvement and procedures development at retail, manufacture or distribution company/consultancy, will be an advantage.

10 - 12 years of Experience

Conducting tool box meeting on regular basis

Review job hazard analysis for each activity

Review and approval of site HSE plan submitted by subcontractor

Any other job realted to HSE for the completion of project

Science Graduate/Diploma Engineer/B.E with Diploma in Industrial Safety

Risk management and mitigation, including preventive measures and emergency response plans.

Good knowledge and experience in Network Firewalls (Cisco/Fortigate or others).

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Security field.

Continuously monitor identified risks and conduct periodic reviews.

Coordinate the implementation of mitigations to ensure effectiveness and keep risks within acceptable limits.

Must have personnel management skills and can also operate as a team player.

Assist the management and other personnel in such other matters as may be reasonably required

The Safety Supervisor must hold a recognized advanced first aid qualification and complete a minimum fitness requirement.

A track record of project management.

Acknowledge Incident reports from all departments and assist/follow up to close out.

The Safety Supervisor will organise, manage and form part of the emergency response team during an emergency.

Memiliki pemahaman mengenai Risk Management (Risk Assessment, Risk Cycle, Risk Register)

Memiliki Sertifikat Enterprise Risk Management (CRMO atau sejenisnya, lebih disukai)

Melakukan pengaturan terhadap risk cycle setiap periode agar berjalan sesuai dengan waktu yang sudah ditetapkan

Melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi, monitoring, dan pengukuran operasional risiko perusahaan

The candidate shall have a broad knowledge of HES management for field construction activities and construction equipment safety inspection practices.

The candidate shall have high skills for facilitation & coordination and networking.

Assist and guide Construction Contractor to develop and maintain Contractor processes and procedures related to HES.

Facilitate mandatory HES training (safety induction & MSW) for all Contractor and Construction Contractor personnel.

Work closely, report to, and assist HES Superintendent related to the execution of HES related Services.

The candidate shall demonstrate strong HES leadership and supervisory capability.

Membuat laporan ketidaksesuaian penerapan SMK3 di outlet dan factory sentul

· Having risk management certification is preferable

· Develop and conduct trainings to the business units to increase their awareness on financial risks management

· Minimum 1 (three) years experienced in related fields

· To complete and monitor the annual risk register process review and risk assessment business plan

· Maintain good working relationships with the business units.

· Minimum S1 in any discipline
