Responsibilities

Risk Management Specialist provide added value to improve our business and operational, building risk awareness in the Company, developing and executing the risk and control plan by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management and control process. This position will ensure that risk is adequately and effectively managed.

Requirements

• Have experience in Governance, Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance, Consulting will be an advantage.
• Placement: JAKARTA
• Having Risk Management and/or Business Continuity Licenses & Certifications will be an advantage.
• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Have good conceptual thinking, project management and presentation skills.
• Have good interpersonal skill and open minded.
• Have experience in creating documentation for business processes.
• Have experience in system implementation, process improvement and procedures development at retail, manufacture or distribution company/consultancy, will be an advantage.
• Have experience in retail industry is essential.
• Proficient in English
