Strong capability in driving and coordinating key and senior stakeholders (bankwide)

Critical thinking, comprehensive yet detail, with multitasking ability in time-pressure situation

What you need to have

Experience with banking risk management reporting, dashboard and risk committee material development

What You Need To Have

Having Risk Management and/or Business Continuity Licenses & Certifications will be an advantage.

Have experience in Governance, Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance, Consulting will be an advantage.

Have good conceptual thinking, project management and presentation skills.

Have experience in retail industry is essential.

Have experience in creating documentation for business processes.

Have experience in system implementation, process improvement and procedures development at retail, manufacture or distribution company/consultancy, will be an advantage.

Perform monitoring on all banking products and ensure all financial records are accurately calculated and presented to management and external parties

Possess general knowledge, skills and competencies on banking business

Collaborate with related parties in managing project lifecycle to ensure risk requirements are fulfilled and implemented properly and timely

Experience with coding languages, e.g., SQL

Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)

2+ years of experience in risk management or a related role.

Developing Business Continuity Management based on ISO 22301

Reviewing current risk management policies and protocols.

Proficiency in risk management, financial analysis, and related software.

Developing and implementing policies and contingency plans to reduce and control risks and liabilities.

Degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

Bachelor's Degree majoring in Mathematics/Statistic/Actuary/Management/Finance

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field/data analytics from financial services industry

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Carry out support tasks to related departments in terms of risks and mitigation plans needed in an organization.

Perform analysis and evaluation of risk mitigation activation in all business processes covering operational and non-operational risks.

Candidates with Project Management, Agile delivery methodology, Contract Management, Six Sigma Certifications etc have an added advantage

Review projects from all perspectives including contract management, financial management, risk management, use of tools and methodologies, compliance to guidelines etc.

Periodically identify, recommend and implement improvements to the quality management processes

Experience in identifying and managing risks and overseeing quality as part of the project delivery responsibilities

Manage diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where people are respected and valued for their contribution.

Experience in managing large Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) projects (especially focused on Core Banking and Digital Transformation programs)
