Educational background minimum Diploma 3

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.

Proficiency in using computer software and maintenance management systems.

Excellent knowledge in analysing, troubleshooting and maintenance advising in Dozer, Wheel Loader, Forklift, and Compact unit (Komatsu, CAT, Liebherr)

Proven experience in a supervisory role in a plant and maintenance department, preferably in the coal mining industry.

In-depth knowledge of coal processing plants, auxiliary systems, and maintenance practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
