About The Role

The Auxiliary Supervisor in the Plant and Maintenance Department of a coal mining company is responsible for supervising and coordinating the auxiliary operations and maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of the plant equipment and machinery. The role involves overseeing the work of auxiliary personnel and collaborating with other departments to optimize production and maintain high standards of safety.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, mining, or related discipline).
• Excellent knowledge in analysing, troubleshooting and maintenance advising in Dozer, Wheel Loader, Forklift, and Compact unit (Komatsu, CAT, Liebherr)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• POP Certified is a must.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of coal processing plants, auxiliary systems, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation procedures.
• Proficiency in using computer software and maintenance management systems.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in a plant and maintenance department, preferably in the coal mining industry.
